Yeah there is a gene that gets passed down. If someone has a parent that is an alcoholic they should be extremly careful with their drinking because they are high risk.

My father is not an alcoholic (although he does drink his fair shareof alcohol) but the vast majority of males on his side have died from alcohol related problems. On my mothers side pretty much all males are alcoholics. And now I drink a lot
Thanks man. And also sorry about your dad. But yea I was only 10 when it happened but it still sucks. That's why I try not to go on drinking binges like even drink 2 or 3 days in a row because of some of the stories I've heard about him. I'll stick to good old maryjane and drinking in moderation.
Thanks man. Yeah I just don't understand how alcohol is legal but weed is illegal. Doesn't that seem kinda fucked up? I think they should both be legal, but it seems that is either of them was legal, it would be weed, considering it's not nearly as detrimental to one's health and the health of those around them as alcohol is. It's a twisted society we live in.
My brother (son of an alcoholic father, really only my half-brother) got fucked over by some crooked cops. He came out of a bar and realized someone had just hit-and-run his Bronco. So he calls the cops, and waits in his truck with the keys on the passenger side (because it's fucking 20 degrees in Minnesota winter!). The cops come and he refuses to take a breathalizer. Loses his license. The cops arrest him, bring him down to the cop shop, and fucking tie him to a chair and start hitting him until he blows in the breathalizer. The legal limit is .08, and I think he blew a .1 or so. And for my brother, thats not drunk at ALL. This was about a year ago, and two days ago his probation officer came to his house and found booze in his fridge, gave him a breathalizer (he was at .001, less than drinking a sip of cough syrup) and now he's gotta go to jail for TWO MONTHS! Fucking ridiculous. So is alcohol legal? It might seem legal in generalities, but the law works around it and fucking oppresses people, like my poor brother.
I knew an alcoholic who'd give blowjobs for liquor anytime she went to someone else's apartment. Well then you must not have been paying much attention to what I've said over the past few years. You know pretty well the amount of coke I used to do. For a while I was going through almost an 8-ball a day. For some reason I haven't touched coke in about 9-10 months, yet I'm still a bad fish. Remember talking to me at 4 am while I laid on the floor coked out of my mind complaining because my nose was running down to my chin and I'd snorted so much that every time I laid my head back more of it would run down my throat? But you're right, the fact that I could quit doing coke and can't seem to stop drinking means I wasn't ever addicted Stupid people get scandaless. So do stupid drunks. You know why people don't suck dick for beer? Because they can fucking steal it from the local grocery. That's an overdose. I'm not talking about an overdose, and you can have the same kind of problems drinking too much. It's called alcohol poisoning. Look it up sometime. I've woken up after 8-9 hours still drunk. Stomach pains sooooo bad that I couldn't eat for the entire day. Vommiting the whole next day. Puked so much from nights of drinking that I'd run out of shit to puke, I'd be too drunk to get up and get some water or crackers and I started puking up blood and bile. When I said overall cocaine is the least harmful to your body, I was talking about typical affects. Liquor will destroy your liver over long term use. The worst cocaine is going to do is to burn a hole in your septum, and that's after a rediculously long term, excessive use. Study up on something the next time you want to call me stupid, because unlike you I don't base my perception off of what I see from a bunch of fucking junkies on welfare and how fucked up they are in the head. I look at the bigger picture.

Exactly. Drinking too much made me puke blood and stomach acid. I'm wrong? It's pretty much a scientific fact that cocaine does the least amount of damage to your bodily organs of any substance.
I've never been so coked out I couldn't function at all. One of the supervisors where I work is a major crackhead. He works here to support his crack habit. He also owns his own property management company and lawn care company. He comes to work cracked out just about every Saturday and is still able to communicate effectively and do his job. If he came in completely drunk, I think it'd be more obvious and hinder his performance moreso than the crack does. Even as far as the brain is concerned mass consumption of alcohol will kill more brain cells than mass consumption of cocaine.
