I recomend Indonesia. The seas of Indonesia are the piracy capital of the world.

 

i like the idea of piracy .....better than working at a gas station or target or such . ....the problem is that it would have to be with a crew composed of neerly equal proportions of men to women ......i mean think of those old time whaleing ships .....like 2 years in a stinky murdering factory melting down great and beautifull beasts of the sea . and worse .....all guys ......thats no fun for me ......so if theres enuff lady pirats , ill sign on .

 

Africa follows closely behind i think. I hate Pirates, they steal indiscriminately (U.N. Humanitarian aid ships) and they use fear tactics and kill people. I'm sure they'd get just as far if they just settled with threatening, or simply asking nicely.
