I hate how emotions dictate how you feel physically...

    why are our bodies so in sync with our minds and hearts?

    is it hormones that make our stomachs queasy and stuff like that? i didn't realize...

    Because the unvierse hates us. Yep. Actually, I think its an evolutionary thing more than anything else... a way for us to aoid things that are stressing us out too much, at least then well be genuinely sick or unwell and avoid that stressful thing. Happens alot with me and work... if I dont wanan go mystomahc will start to get upset and the poof Im at hte point wher eI might be able to call in sick if I really feel the need toa void it.

    hehe i think you have it right... kinda goes along with food cravings when you need certain vitamins and stuff.

    I would tend to agree, evolution is an ongoing and continuous process and stress triggers minute changes in our physiology and brain chemistry.

  15. Well, today I had some pretty stressful situations at work and my body just went weak and shaky. It wanted a fight response and it all it got was "leave me alone brain, i'm tired".

    Its also a known fact in psychology that a lot of harmful physiological reactions to emotions can be consciously controlled or trained. Like anger for example, apparently you can train yourself not to go red in the face and hyper, i couldn't say i know how though!
