Okay, I have another question to all the women who use the keeper. Can you use this while you are sleeping? Does it spill? Does it ever move out of place when you're doing regular activities. Can you go swimming with it? Do you expereince any leaks with it??? Very curious
Yes. You can leave it in for 12 hours at a time, and because it doesn't mess with your vaginal fluids, there is no TSS risk. No. (See below) No. The only exception is if you do #2 and there's a lot of pushing involved, or if you have an orgasm while it's in. Afterwards, you just push it back into place. It can't actually come out of you unless you actually pull it out, because while it's in it forms a vacuum seal to you, which is why it never leaks. (When you do remove it, you need to squeeze it to break the seal first, otherwise it will be difficult to remove and it will hurt.) Yes. Nope. Another thing, when you get it it comes with a tab at the end that's like an inch and a half long, with instructions to cut it to a length that is comfortable for you. I cut the tab completely off of mine, because even a little stub was enough to irritate me. The reason it's there is to help you remove it - you don't actually pull it out by the tab, it's just there to help you locate it and if necessary pull it out a little so you can reach it. I've never had any problem with "losing" my keeper, I can always reach it easily, but maybe I just have a smaller than average vagina.
