Marinol is aint no THC it's DRONABINOL, now maybe it works like cannabinoids, still it's a synthetised chemical you put into your body, that IS stupid, over dosing any of those pills could give you a brain stroke or cause irriversible brain damage, if you care to know what you just swallowed ... http://www.marinol.com/marinol01.html
dronabinol is just synthetic THC, and a synthesized molecule is the same shit as a naturally occuring one. Marinol won't cause strokes or brain damages any more than weed.
