i have only seen an increase in terrorism since weve had our little wars and i only see terrorist factions growing BECAUSE of what we are doing. We should just protect our borders and worry about nations attacking each other and let each country take care of their own terrorists.
it is too late now this war is going on for the next decades, if not centuries history seems to suggest that the non muslim crusaders will stay for a long time. after a couple of hundred years the "enemy" that they have created by invading, will kick them out. the buildings that the americans build will probably be turned into museums that holiday makers will visit. the invasion of the middle east last time was about god, now its about domination of the oil supplies, our new god. americas best bet would be to install Al Gore into power and hope for the best.
lol guy for someone who believes in democracy your very open to the idea of "installing" leaders, isnt that what George Bush did in 2000? Isn't that what your against? Al Gore, just Like George Bush are puppets of a bigger system that controls both of them, Al Gore and the rest of the fake enviormentalists will not help you, they are just as bad as Bush and the gang except they are on the left.
once you realise that america isn't a democracy, all you can hope is that the current ruler will be a little more benevolent. i frequently remind people that if they actually voted then maybe things would change. this notion is of course rebuffed. when i hear people complaining about this and about that the very notion that the heart of the matter lays in how we vote this causes much ire. with kennedys death came the fall of the death of the american republic. his brother was killed off too. in republican rome (missed out "rome in original) there were two brothers who wanted to keep the republic alive too - they were killed. history repeats itself. lifted off google - At the close of the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia on September 18, 1787, a Mrs. Powel anxiously awaited the results, and as Benjamin Franklin emerged from the long task now finished, asked him directly: "Well Doctor, what have we got, a republic or a monarchy?" "A republic if you can keep it" responded Franklin. The term republic had a significant meaning for both of them and all early Americans
lanze, if only it were that simple... I think everyone wishes it was. You will see more and more instances of "terror" around the world in the coming months I think as we approach the mid-term elections. In a more perfect world, we would close our borders, and spend the money we pour into essentially capitalist ventures around the globe into our own education, public works, and social welfare programs... dare I even say healthcare.
