Homicide in Hialeah – or illegal dumping?

Miami-Dade state attorneys evidently can't decide whether life even begins at birth:

Homicide IMO. I can't believe there is even a question here. If you kill a baby that is moving and breathing on its own outside of the womens body it is murder no matter if you are for abortions or against them.

 

this is sickening i cant beleive that autorities have to even second guess if it was or wasn't a homicide what the hell has happened to society. as haid has clearly stated if the baby is breathing and moving outside of the womb it is murder. this is such crap these kind of things upset me and make me want to slap some sense into people.GRRRRRRR

 

What's happened to society? We've treated unwanted unborn babies as medical waste for the past 33 years. This isn't exactly conducive to suddenly cherishing them when they manage to survive attempted abortions.
