= SuperChill combo. Just 3mg of the Melatonin and a few good rips from my vape before I go to sleep, and my mind is transported to Chilltopia. Add music w/ some nice headphones and I am about ready to have a Chillgasm. Adding Melatonin changes the closed eye visuals alot, and it gets rid of the munchies, too. Alot of the times I end up being unable to move though, and sometimes I end up in a half dreamlike state where I feel like I am falling and then jump awake. But still Ultimate Chill. Anybody else ever experiment with Melatonin?
It is an herbal supplement type thing. You can buy it at GNC and places like that. It is like a natural sleeping pill. Around 5 dollars for a 180 mg.
Melatonin doesn't create noticable effects when you're awake. It just makes you sleep good and gives some people lucid dreaming. I used to take 9mg(3 pills) every night before I went to bed. I don't think they make 180mg pills, only 3mg pills. It's not an 'herbal' supplement, because it's not an herb; it's a tryptamine. Melatonin is cool for getting your sleeping pattern on track, but it's worthless for recreation.
i popped some melatonin capsules open and sprinkled them over a joint once. felt pretty good untill i started getting eeeevil stomach cramps.
I always take melatonin before I go to bed...and even that doesn't help most of the time, really. I honestly doubt it would make any difference for me to take it while getting stoned.
I only take it once a week or so. I've only tried it sober a few times, and I didn't notice much. I definately notice a difference when I mix it with weed though.
I've considered trying this, but opted not to as what seemed like the obvious - and only - result would be very deep sleep, which didn't really tickle my fancy. Might still give it a shot one these days though. For those who have tried Melatonin to get to sleep but with no fruition: Total darkness and an honest attempt at sleep about 30 minutes after ingestion of it is necessary for the effects to work. A very hot shower followed by exposure to a cold environment also wouldn't hurt.
