X and other meds and tests.. *please please help*

ok...i have a predicament...i want to do ecstasy again...very badly..now these are the medication im on right now...Wellbutrin XL (300mg daily) and Adderall XR ( 30mg once school starts up on next wednesday ) now...its to my understanding that adderall is an amphetamine and that it may show up on drug tests showing as methamphetamines..correct? and ecstasy would also show up as methamphetamines if its pure MDMA with nothing else included right? i mean pure MDMA tabs would only show up as methamphetamines and not opiates or anything like that too right? ok...so if i took the tab i could say it was just the adderall showing up as methamphetamines right? also...what is the issue with antidepressants and MDMA..my cousin is on Laxapro (15mg daily) and he took ecstasy the first time and said he felt it but not as much as the second time when he got off his medication...ok...so my question is will my wellbutrin get in the way or cause problems with the roll or my body and will it be as strong as a roll if im still on it or if its still in my blood stream when i take the tab? or will i need to get off the wellbutrin for a while to make the roll efficient? and if so how long.. please help its been since the begining of summer since ive rolled and its been too long if you know what i mean. thanks.

Wellbutrin and MDMA both decrease your seizure threshold, meaning taking the two could give you a seizure. They can test for MDMA specifically, while also testing for amphetamine. Just look at the drug test kits sold in drugstores.

 

I dont think theres actually a test for mdma on its own it does actually only show up as methamphs.

 

well dance safe has one for like 45 bucks or around there that first tells you if it even contains ecstasy like substances in it, then a second part of the test that tells if it contains only mdma,mda,mde. this is pretty cool because im really going to need to only use pure mdma,mda,or mde because they will be able to say the same thing that the adderall would say so it would be easy to say "oh it must just be my adderall cuz its an amphetamine. but yea so i should stop using my wellbutrin before i take my next tab. how long should i wait after stopping my dosage?

 

i also take Wellbutrin XL but only 150 mg.. (and i also dont take mine regularly like i should.. and im about to have to get my perscription re-filled..) some people dont have any side effects when mixing bupropion with stuff, and some people do.. and since this med can cause seizures, i can see why you might be worried.. so, if i were you, i'd stop taking them for about 2 weeks before you do anything...

2 weeks? ok that sounds decently guessed because my cousin stopped his dosage for x and he was on lexapro but he was only on like 10mg a day and im on 350mg a day so it will take more time

 

Just a note, you cannot compare the strengths of two different drugs. The standard dose range for Lexapro is 10 to 20mg, the standard dose range for wellbutrin is 200 to 400mg per day. They do not compare mg per mg. Two weeks and enough should be out of your body. I am on several meds, I can't beleive it is worth stopping your meds for 2 weeks to try a drug one time. You shouldn't stop antidepressants cold turkey, you should ween off slowly, or you may get really depressed & anxious. Also, then you will need to titurate yourself back up to your normal dose, you can't just start taking the full dose after missing it for two weeks. Then your body will have to go thru the adjustment again. Is it really worth all this...?
I am not saying either way, that is a decsicion you have to make. I think it deserves some consideration, though. I am glad you are being responsible, though, and thinking about your meds when considering trying other things.

 

ya honestly i am really worried because i dont want anything to go wrong because i think something may have a few weeks ago. i smoked weed and once i got down from it i took 2 niacin pills to push it out of my system as well as a vitamin. i forgot the exact type but it pushed weed out of my cousins system so i used it too. well the next day i spent all day over a toilet. it was fun. i couldnt hold down anything and i felt like complete shit. anyways i just dont want that yo happen. as well as a drug test from my parents. yea when i first staretd taking wellbutrin i started with 150mg for the first day then shot it up to 300mg. thats what my doctor told me to do. anyways. i really do think its worth it because ive rolled twice and each time was a life changing experience for me. and really this is the safest drug with drug tests for me. because my parents test me mainly for thc and opiats and everything. but i mean it stays in your body MUCH less than thc so ill have some time to get it out instead of hoping and praying my parents wont test me withing the week. yea. i honestly think im going to just buy a ecstasy adulterants test to see its its mdma,mda,mde or other shti i dont need or want to be taking. that way i wont be oblivious to the fact that i may be taking dxm or something or that nature. anyways. thanks for the help and if you have anymore comments please feel free to speak up
