you know when your shitin your pants after hearing soemthing scaring or watching a horror flick and you check all the rooms before you go into em and like quickly turn around towards the doorway to make sure no spooks are hangin about?
what would you do if something WAS there? Iono like a witch out of "the witches"?

oo oo and they were looking right at you and you connected eyes.

which reminds me of what happend to my mate.
when he was little he was trying to get to sleep and he rolled over and lookd out the window and there was a guy standing there and they like eye-locked for ages and then the dude turned and walked away. there were footprints outside his window.

    eerie shit

yeahhh i wouldnt scream, i wouldnt move unless he moved. i wouldnt want to loose sight of him so i wouldnt close my eyes.

i might ask him if he was lost..

i think id jsut start humming really loud so he wont see that im making a noise and then my mum would come in to see what im doing, see the dude and ring the fuzz

If I turned and seen something in the doorway ,I would ask it what it wanted, try to comunicate with it...maybe its just lost.

I always have a nightmare where i'm in bed and something wakes me up. I turn over and face the window, the curtains are wide open. For some reason I stare out of the window for ages then what I can only describe as a pale, openmouthed ghoul floats to the window and comes into my room, screaming, while slowly flying towards me....Then I wake up.

...and i've just freaked myself out, now I don't want to sleep, haha.

i think the fear and apprehension of something being there is generally worse than being face to face with something
when its around the corner and behind the door its intangible

Assuming I was thinking straight, if it was something of manageable size, I would probably hold it down and make sure it had no harmful intent. If it did, I would try to kill it. Otherwise, I'd ask it how it got here and why.

But it's very likely I wouldn't be thinking straight, in which case I'd probably just be frozen in complete shock.
