earlier this year my friend and I purchased seeds from what we thought was a secure sight, however, after a few months, we never recieved the seeds. because they were only a gift for our friend (a novelty present if you will), we sort of forgot about it, that is until today when my friend got a package from the website but inside, instead of seeds, was a letter stating that Homeland Security had confiscated our narcotics and how it was against the law and we would be getting another letter soon. what the fuck is gonna happen to us? plus, to make matters worse, it was on my credit card (we sent it to her house though). honestly, if anyone has any idea, please tell me because it would suck dick if i went to jail for shit like this. the only thing in my favor is i wasn't 18 when i bought the seeds. could this help?
yeah, that will help you out lots I also am not sure how they will handle it since it was seeds best case - they let you off with a warning worst case - they try to get you for some kinda intent to grow bullshit
personally, I think you just got ripped off by the company selling the "seeds", let's think about this for just a moment. 1) Why the FUCK would they take out the seeds and put their letter in the box instead of sending a seperate letter? I believe that is very illegal, it's fine for them to check your packages, but not to use the postage that the company paid for to send you something. 2) Wouldn't you think that someone OTHER than Homeland Security would send you a letter about this? I mean, sure it's illegal, but it's not exactly a "threat to the security of the people of our nation" The more I think about it, I bet you did get ripped off, what site did you buy from?

unless the seeds actually got through to your house and such i don't think they can get you with anything they would waste their time with IMO. but shit can happen i guess. good luck with that bro. oh btw, did you ever notice them taking your money from the credit account? if so then it could just be a scam.
usually, they will just give you a warning the first time...when it comes to seeds lately, there is no "secure site"...busts on Canadian companies have allowed the dark forces to get hold of many people's information who had dealt with these companies. have to remember there's a new regime in Canada that's very cozy with the Bush administration, England is another place governed by friends of Bush, and anything coming from Amsterdam is checked nine ways to Sunday by customs.
