i have a basil plant in my kitchen that apears to have spidermites, (not sure if they are spidermites, but they are tiny white bugs) My marijuana is growing in a different room wih the door constantly shut.

Should i trash the basil, or is treating it with pestaside good enough? I don't want to risk my marijuana getting pests. I love to cook with my basil too. Can pests spread that easily?

Take your basil plant outside and wash the buggers off with the hose. Spider mites are really easy to control with just water. If you get really ambitious buy some safers soap spray or something like that. You don't really want to eat your basil and spray chems in your house, do you?????

I've had spider mites on my chilli plant all year. I have sprayed them with bug spray at least six times and washed them to many times to count but there still there.
