about to take the hit man

so i'm about to take acid. and i'm wondering if i'm gonna be a dumb ass and go outside and get hit by a car or something. i'm only going to take one hit, and it would be a good idea to stay inside, but i want to go outside and experience more crazy shit. so i'm wondering. should i stay inside despite how i feel, or will it be safe to go outside?

 

Just find out for yourself. 1 hit isn't anything nowadays.

 

just dont try to go out in very public places... you wont want to deal with cashiers or nething like that

 

It depends. One hit can be monstrous for a first timer, depending on the microgramage. Just wait to see how you feel, then decide if you feel like going outside. If you feel like going outside, you're gonna go outside, regardless of what we tell you. Just be safe and try not to get hit by a car or anything. Have fun. Peace and chicken grease.

okay i ended up taking three hits and i was outside when the effects started to kick in. it was great. the grass was dancing.

why do i find you are always the one to say negative shit about other people. You should know that age has very little to do with intelligence.... Just stop shitting on people for everything they say that you think is stupid or disagree with. Hey, i'm sure you will make some dumbass remark to me and you have before. Let me remind you that sixteen year old children normally don't have much responsibility or much life experience outside of mom's house. On top of that you're still developing as a person. One might say "they [sixteen year old kids] don't know shit." The difference between 16 and 20 for most people is a big one. It's only four years but some people move out when they turn 18 and get a real job maybe even have a child but I have friends who are over 21 and still living at their parents' house. They still don't know shit AFAIC. I can't say I've ever met a 16 year old who knew some shit.

 

a 16 year old will obviously not have as many life experiences as someone who is older, but other then that...age does not and should not determine when that person is ready for something such as acid. Life experiences do not have all that much to do with readyness anyways, especially readyness to take some drug. its merrily a state of mind that is based on how that person views things, not based on age (though age can change that).

 

Take that five dollars you were gonna use for a dose and go buy a clue man. Hopefully for change they'll give you some sense.

life experience is terribly important up to around 16 when life experience starts to account more for emotional intelligence rather than understanding intelligence. emotional intelligence is rather important when trying new drugs. also social intelligence is obviously much further over the 16-20 gap, but i dont think its as relevant for trying new drugs as opposed to, debating politics or ethics on a practical level. as for understanding intelligence its clear that younger people can understand various concepts that many adults cannot grasp.

 

however this is not to say that since 16 yo dont know shit, doesnt mean that ppl over 16 inevitable know shit at a rate that is relative to their departure from 16. (give or take a year). and some kids grow emotional or social intelligence further than understanding-intelligence.

 

Hey i know i am 16 and i have no credibility at all but i have to agree that the vast majority of kids my age shouldn't take acid. I don't know if they have enough life experience or whatever, i just think that most of them take acid to get fucked up. Thats not right, acid shouldnt be for getting fucked up like pot or booze. It should be for exploration of the mind. MOST 16 yo kids do not understand the drug, and therefore shouldn't take it.
