Anyone Else Really Into Codeine?

I was just wondering if there are any more codeine fiends on this forum besides me. I see all kinds of topics on Oxy and Hydrocodone and such but not much on codeine, which surprises me. Maybe it's just the fact that codeine is very readily available here and percocets and such are not at all. Even still, I've come to very much enjoy the ritual associated with extracting and drinking the codeine. Sort of like "In half an hour you'll be hiiiigh" kind of thinking. The caffeine also gives an appealing boost to the high making it obviously not nearly as sedating as the harder opiates. This may be what turns a lot of people off codeine but I've come to appreciate it. I can do 250mg codeine and just play guitar for hours and it's never sounded better. (Except maybe on E but that's a whole other story) I find the euphoria on codeine can be pretty intense in the right setting. (usually laying down) I just think it's sort of an overlooked opiate.

My mum is like that if she takes codeine shes allergic. I like the mellow buzz from it. I have dihydrocodeine 7.5mgs gram WITH paracetamol of 500mg per tablet. What sort of dose of the dihydrocodeine would be good for a mellow buzz? I have heard of this extraction but it must taste totally VIAL!!

 

I'm pretty sure dihydrocodeine is nearly as potent as codeine so probably around 200mgs. Better check it out though cause I'm not completely sure... And yes, the pure extraction is horribly bitter but it's not bad if you mix it with some juice. I find lemon juice kills the taste quite a bit.

 

^^DHC is twice as strong as codeine. 200mg would be far too much for most people.

I would recomend a low dose first, to be sure you are not allergic. Maybe 30mg. After that you can go for ~100mg.
You must use a cold water extraction when using pills containing paracetamol. Taking more than the stated dose will damage your liver and could kill you.

I did look it up quickly on wikepedia and it said it was near the same potency as codeine, I trust you guys more than wikepedia though Sorry for the false info.

 

Wikepedia is full of errors. You are better off using Erowid or similar.

i have a fucing ridiculously bad sore throat so i scored some panadeines, 8mg codeine phosphate in each one.. thinking of just having like 6 - 8 tonight with some budules

Try more, like 20-25 if you have no tolerance with the CWE. Then add budules

 

yeah i had 8 so 64 mg's, just a pretty light dose i think, still got some nice euphoria since i am not used to opiates at all, and yes its wayy better once you smoke.
i have 9 left so i might bring them to where ever a sesh is hapnen tonight.

 

i was pretty into codeine at one point. The simplest source was Nurofen Plus.
You can actually split the pills perfectly longwase. one side is ibuprofen and one side is Codeine. i did at max about 28, 12.8mg codeine phosphate in each i think...

after a while a slight funny pain in the stomach region made me stop...

iv switched to poppy seed tea anyway... its cheaper and alot better. lasts longer....

 

yer man nurofen plus makes you feel real bad if you just eat them whole. i couldnt get through the outer layer quick enough to bother doin the CWE so i just ate them. everytime i moved even like the slightest movement my insides felt like they were being ripped apart

 

shit, you have to split them, if you took that much ibuprofen i dont know. maybe you could die. splitting them doesnt decrease the amount of codeine, Half the pill is codeine, the other half is ibuprofen. It shows you how to do it on sixthseal.com im not sure if that site still works... i read he couldnt post any more about drugs...

Ibuprofen gives you stomach ulcers...

 

I found out the hard way bout using too much paracetamol. really fucks up your liver hey. I always do cold water extraction now, but I find I have to use more tablets than before to get the same buzz. Is that coz you dont get all the codeine out with the CWE? Any ideas?

 

yeah a bit is lost, extract it twice.

 

when you say fucks up your liver, what do you mean? im concerned about my sister who tried to kill herself twice on 48 panadol (but lived).


what are your experiences and highest dosage of paracetomol and your problems with your liver?
