favourite schnaps (flavour/brand)

Peach, and Cinnamon.

 

i've never had good schnapps....only dekuypers.....and everything i've had by that brand is freaking nasty....but a small amount of their creme de cassis is good in certain drinks, as long as theres a lot of other stuff in there.....


i'd imagine the less syrupy, higher alcohol schnapps are much better.

there are some liqueurs i like though....i made a damn good spiced cherry liqueur, i like jagermeister, etc...... but never had a good kind of schnapps.....

 

peppermint. back in the day we used to drink peppermint and spearmind schnapps because no one could smell we'd been drinking, and you can chew your gum with it and it doesn't get all nasty. God I haven't had schnapps in so many years. Too much sugar for me. And doesn't get me any kind of buzz.

 

peppermint shnapps = mouthwash (still not bad by any means)

rootbeer for sure. i dont know if this is everywhere but they just jacked up the alcohol in em. i dont really drink em that much so i cant really compare, but it went from 12% to 15%

 

Peach. But I've only ever tried peach and peppermint.

 

peppermint used to be good but only as long as it was ice cold. If it got to room temp then it wasn't worth drinking....geez, I ain't had any for yrs, maybe I should go see if I can find any around here.

 

squawkers7, go to any gay bar in your area of Florida and you will find Peppermint schnapps. Do a shot for me in Florida, honey lol. I am off work for the next 3 days, therefore today will be drunk day. I'll suck up my share of Peppermint for ya, hehe.
