how do u prepare for anal sex? i mean do u take a poop before or after. do u have a bath? thanks

 

An enema is a really good way to get you cleaned out before anal. I think the best way, but my opinion

 

If you need to poop, you'd better. Eat light that day if it's your plan to do anal. Other than that it depends on how fastidious you and the other person are.

 

For Pete's sake! While taking a shower insert a finger covered with soapsuds a couple a times. Both a ya, just in case the female wants to go exploring. And that little job begins the fun if you're together and 'cleaning' each other. I believe gays have their own rules.

Doesn't anyone else find that getting soap into your ass hurts? I know I'll wash the outside with soap but to actually stick a finger in with soap on it causes quite a bit of discomfort.

 

We use a Fleet Enema(available in drugstores). Empty the laxative solution that comes with the enema and refill with lukewarm water. Lube up good and insert the enema. Squeese about half of the water in. Expel. Squeeze the other half in. Expel. Shower and you will be sqeeky clean.

 

Hell, no! Why should it hurt? It handles all the junk we ingest (including pins from little kids) without hurting. Maybe you have open sores from too much anal sex in there, which would sting a bit. Since puberty, and not necessariy for sex, I've been doing that little job every day with no problem . You gotta problem, better see a doctor.

 

Don't eat at taco bell beforehand...

The best way to prepare for anal sex, is knowing your body and watching your diet. Enemas aren't necessary. There usually isn't anything in the rectum until your body is prepared to expel it. Simply, go to the bathroom prior. Of course, cleanliness from a shower after always helps too. If you want to be sure, you can put a dab of lube on your fingertip and check for yourself. Minor finger play might trigger a movement and help to clean you out if necessary.
If you are or want to get into anal, then knowing all of the facts, including cleanliness and diet should be learned and experienced by yourself, before doing it with another. This knowlege is essential for a good experience with you and your partner.

how can I get enema? I couldn't find anything about "personal enema" so far..
what I'm doing before getting anal sex is first get rid of all the poop in the toilet room, then getting inside the shower and pushing the water stream inside my ass - this cleans off lots of "extra" stuff as far as I can see but I wonder if it's not dangerous?
I know it's "working" because I can put finger inside and it gets out clean and even with no smell but I just wonder if it's "official" way of cleaning up.

 

I disagree - after going to the toilet and even after cleaning the outside in shower there are still "remains" inside. talking from experience.

Really, aside from infectious germs and viruses, which soap and water won't help, a soapy finger up there, twisted and plunged, is really enough for rimming and anal intercourse.
