Oh yeh, check out the market in Kitchener (which is connected to Waterloo..they're basically the same city, with two names). Also the one in St Jacobs, just outside of Waterloo. Lots of nice stuff.
I agree. Check out the markets, and besides the universities, there is nothing here. Can't wait to leave. :| But I hope you enjoy it here none the less and meet some new people.
Yeah, I haven't seen much of anything here. It wasn't my first choice of cities to move to, more of a last resort. Not that it's terrible. It's actually more exciting than where I came from.
It's not that I have no friends because I'm a bad person or no fun to be with. I had a ton of friends in my hometown, I just don't know anywhere to meet people. Plus I've only been here less than two months. So maybe if you used to live around here, is there someone who could tell me a place to meet people? I will confess, I'm getting desperate for cats to hang out with. (Cats is my new favourite word. Does anyone still use that?) I've been partying with the teenagers next door! Getting drunk with kids with fake IDs is fun-ish, but I need people of legal age. Anyone? Hahaha I suck. Well, I do have a car, so I could drive as far as Barrie, and (I don't know my geography and what's south of here), I would think I could go pretty much anywhere south. Also, I'm not looking for dates or sex or anything, (not that I would mind if I found those along the way.) So don't let the fear of some dateless wonder stop you from answering. Oh, I especially would like someone to come see male strippers with me. I don't want to go alone.

i just moved to waterloo in april. i used to be down with the strip clubs but not anymore, sorry. nonetheless, i assure you i am super fun

They have male strippers here from time to time.... It's a crisp night out here in North Bay, i think i'll take a stroll along the waterfront and sit on the beach and look at the stars.
