does anyone know where i can buy or order hemp yarn? i can get plenty of twine and cord, but no yarn. i'd be grateful for any suggestions.
There are lots of online places to buy hemp yarn (just google hemp yarn). The only drawback is, it can be quite expensive.
i got some hemp yarn it was quite costly but it was realy really nice! i got mine from ebay quite a while back but not been able to get any since then

I've always thought ebay had a pretty good variety in the yarn department... that might be your best bet if you're just looking for a little.... never know when u can find a decent deal!
www.pickhemp.com I am not sure if the website has that they have yarn but they have hemp/wool blend for a fair price. I think 18.00 for a 6 skein bag. They have the best hemp prices around.
I know that www.hemptraders.com has some cheaper hemp yarn if you buy 6 its like 3 dollars a skein but the yarn breaks very easily and it is mixed with wool or cotton.
You'd think if it's mixed with wool or cotton it would still be durable... hm... well I guess you get what you pay for. It's always better to pay a bit more and get something durable!
I had the same issue with hemp/cotton. I crochet and it was hard to get it to go smooth over my hooks and the yarn was constantly pulling and breaking. I like hemp / wool better.
