My vote is on the French song "Je T'aime Moi Non Plus" by Serge Gainsbourg and Jane Birkin. They actually sound like they are making love as they sing this already sexy song. what song turns you on? and the first nerd to say any Avril Lavigne song gets flogged with the Otter_whip.
Well, I wouldn't know , but I always thought that Led Zeppelin's "Babe I'm Gonna Leave You" would be great. I guess just because it goes from slow to a sped-up, steady beat, to slow, and sped-up again, and soforth. It just seems like it would be the perfect song... if you didn't pay all that much attention to the lyrics.
well i'm going to head off the twenty gazillion people about to say "closer" by NIN most led zeppelin, fond of "Hey Hey What Can I Do." lost my virginity to pink floyd. the clash. for whatever reason. mostly because it's fun and sex should be too.
i'm surprised no one's mentioned aphex twin's "windowlicker." it is the sex song in my mind. excellent rhythm, and climax(es-- however you pluralize that) leading up to one mind blowing energetic spree at the end. plus there are "interpretive" sex noises incorporated into the song. it really turns me on when the man and the woman groan in harmony. other than that, i must confess that outkast's song that goes "i like the way you move..." is just a lot of fun in a very stereotypical manner. that's a great song for foreplay.
for something smooth... better something like leonard cohen, or even portishead... for something "harder"... "bleach" by nirvana and "dry" by pj harvey... this last one upsets me...
