What is this type of piece called?

I was at my sisters house today, and i was looking through her pieces and i saw one which i had never seen before. I guess she had just bought it or something. Its a glass bowl with tight blue and red colors, and then coming off the side directly opposite the bowl is a little glass straw thing. I have seen these in head shops, but never knew what they were called. SO.... what are they? thanks
