Goodfellas

This movie is a thrill ride from start to finish, and the music is perfect. Definitely one of my time favorites. I have a 27"x41" Goodfellas movie poster in my living room.

 

I like how Dr Melfi from sopranos is the Jewish Wife

 

yep great movie, one of the best from the 90s.

 

i thought it was an ok movie...i liked Jimmy Conway (Robert De Niro)

 

Part of the trifecta of gangsta movies with Scarface and Godfather 1/2 being the other.

 

Great movie. I just rewatched it. You almost feel bad for Ray Liotta's character at the end, but not quite.

this has to be one of my top 5 favorite movies. It was great. It had Ray Liotta, robert deniro, and joe pesci, how could it not be amazing. I think they did a great job.

 

Joe Pesci was amazing in it.

 

On channel4 or 5 tonight. Agree with the earlier poster - Godfather1 & 2, Scarface and Goodfellas. Too difficult to pick one as the very best though.

 

I only just watched half of it the other day..... Was pretty good where I saw up to

They beat the guy and put him in the back of the car, before the bit you see at the very beginning.

Does it get better or worse from there onwards?

I agree with you, but I think Godfather 1 & 2 are by far the best
