I'm a real klutz with computers... mine has been steadily accumulating bugs, I think, even though I use Adaware constantly. Anyway, for whatever reason my Internet Explorer hasn't been working for a couple months. No matter, I figure, I just switched to Mozilla. But now, out of its own accord, I keep getting those "error reports" for Internet Explorer, even though I don't even try to use it now. They just pop up every now and then, it's getting annoying. Would anyone know how to shut this thing up?
Try uninstaling inernet explorer then redownloading it off of the mozilla browser. I think if you uninstall IE you could run into some problems though because I think that and the basic format to find files and look at folders etc is all intertwined.
Yes, Internet Explorer is the "base" of Windows since Win 98 I believe. In add and remove programs you may be lucky and have the Internet Explorer option, if it is on here, try to do a repair on it(Change/Repair). If not, then you will have to go to internet explorers website and download the new version and try that. Hope this helps, Cody
