I bought in China a vocabulary improving book originally published by Townsend Press. It claims it's the vocabulary book used most prevalently by collage students in America. But I doubt that, because I think its words are too easy. Now I list fifteen of the words it presents and you americans help me to see if they'r the level for your collage students. Thank you very much.

I think those are all words a college student should know, yes. Was that the question?

I don't think that college students in America use vocabulary books.
But all of those words are in the dictionary.

Those words should be at least middle school level.
(Ages 11-15 grades 6-8) At least that was the level when I was
    in that age group.

I teach undergraduates and anticipate very few of them would get every one of those words right. They would be more of less right with the majority of them, though.
