    wellllll...
i have some side bangs that i'm growing out and they curve down kind of....you know what i mean? ha. well anywayss...i tried doing some dreddies so my mama (who isn't too excited about them, sadly) could see some... and she really doesn;t like how i dreaded the bangs....and i'm not to sure if i like it that much either.. i think i might be doing them wierd or something..? i really don't know. it's not thattt bad. hah but it looks kind of stupid. like you can see the square and stuff and i only got 3 out of them. ha. soo.. i'm not sure... anyone know how to make nice dread bangs? ahaha. if not that's fine.

    thanks!! :)

you have enough hair as bangs to make 3? wow.. are you making them tiny?

i'd just suggest growing them out.

How many and how thick are you trying to make them? A medium sized dread ("average" size) would be rather hard to make 3 from bangs, unless you have a LOT of bangs.

so did u make all 3 dreads from just your bangs? because i think thats what Wildflowereyes is trying to ask. if u did that then you must have a lot of bangs haha. the reason u are seeing the 'squares' is because when u section off ur hair ur making a square. you cant really see that on mine because when i dreaded my hair i just grabbed sections so they are kind of uneven and stuff but i dont have the square look at the roots.
my bangs are dreaded and all i did to dread them was take the front too small sections and dread those, then work my way to the back of my head. that way u can make sure u have enough hair to dread in the front. i hope this is makin sense to u because im still kind of spun and idk if im making any sense haha. but i hope i helped u!! good luck
    peace~

I have dreads with rectangle like bases... Id reccommed haveing square as possible so the dreads can move more freely instead of two ways with rectangle bases (it well only move with the sides which are the longest..).

You will be able see your scalp if you section them...no matter what shape you section them in.
