graham rabbit is pretty cool, i got an album of his for free at Terrastock '06. i'd have to say my favorite indie bands are have heart, danielson, and maybe the get up kids. the neighborhoods are pretty sweet as well. there's so much good music in the world, who has time to pick favorites?

YES! NOT MY FAVOURITE BUT YES!. my favourite would have to be bright eyes, if you consider that indie i would say it's more folk then indie, i would put elliott smith here but he is most deffanitly folk, then again i find folk and indie to be quite a bit alike but i do agree with all the others, what is truly indie?

 

i wouldent say sonic youth is indie, i am a fan of sonic youth but they dont sound very indie to me.

ahhh, you see i never knew that. I always thought indie was jsut another type of name for a genre and nothing more so by indie they mean not signed or like they fend for themselves?

 

Oh, hey, I didn't know Steve Albini had his own band. He's involved with so many bands studio productions; it never came to me he had his own band.
