Getting Pulled over By Pigs: WHOS THE REAL CRIMINAL?

Have u ever been pulled over when u weren't doing anything wrong?

YES. It pisses me off so much. Today I was driving down a suburban street. The speed limit was 35. I usually go 35 in a 35 zone, no faster or slower. Well I slowed down, cause I was changing the CD I was listening to. APparently my speed was clocked at 30 mph. Cause next thing I know there are 2 fuckin cop cars behind me with their lights on. SO the cop asks for my liscense. He comes back, and although my record is clean, he said "u were goingt 5 mph below the speed limit, step out of the car. I got out. He asked me the bullshit about was I carrying anything ilegal. I said no. He searched me and the car. After the fucktard didn't find anything on me or in my car (cause I wasn't carrying anything), he actually stuck his hand inside my pants around my but (I wear baggy pants). He searched me a third time, found nothing, and said do u have any questions for me. I said "Why did u put ur hands on my ass?". He looked really suprised, so he took my PHISH Cd, and cracked it and threw it on the ground (I quess littering isn't a crime). He said "Ur free to go asshole". I drove home. That really angers me.

1.going 30 in a 35 zone isn't a crime
2. Destroying my CD is a crime.
3. Littering is a crime.
4. I'd prefer to not haev a man's hand on my rear end.
5. I haven't been followed or pulled over since I was 17.

WHo's the real criminal?

 

there is a lot of crooked ass cops out there, & the shitty thing is that you cant do much about that.

the best you can do is just lookout for the fuzz, esp. if your doing something wrong.

Get this I got a ticket last month cause I pulled off the road to use my cell, they said I violated the georgia off road act or some bs.......I found on the net where that law only applies to off road vehicles on federal land.

I printed this off the net, found the cop and showed him, he said tell the fucking judge......also in the same cobb county (cobb= COUNT ON BEING BUSTED) I got a seatbelt ticket in a ride im not required by law to wear one, he said it was easier for me to pay the 15 dollars vs miss a day off work to fight it.

Yes I currently have to pay a lawyer $1000.00 to get a parking ticket to be a parking ticket. The VAHP wrote it as a moving violation when I was parked, truck turned off and I was asleep.

The best you could have hoped for at that point in time is used a cell phone called 911 and said your life was being threatend at gunpoint, called the news and demanded the patrol car video pulled to see if it caught it all and if it caught him feeling your ass say he was trying to rape you.
