Very simple, although I have no idea to write down music. I will do my best though:

C with a G bass / F with open E's / C with G bass / F with open E's / G Am / Repeat

This just keeps repeating basically, only at the end the Am turns into an A. If you are really interested I can write down the whole song instead of this quick rendition.
