benadryl day tripping

yeterday i took 11 pills (275 mgs) of benedryl it was my first time with the stuff, so i researched it on erowid and found out it causes halucinations, ive never halucinated before but ive dropped acid three times so i was pretty psyched, well the high lasted roughly 5 hours and i most definatly halucinated, it started with waves trailing from my arms whenever i would move them, i drank alot of water on it too and i would take a leak about every ten minutes, when the peak hit i layed on my bed and watched the carpet ripple for about a half hour then i went downstairs to play some video games and two petrasaurs (winged dynasaurs) were siting next to me watching me play, well the thirst hit again and i walked up stairs to get a glass of water and a huge 5 foot long rat ran across my feet and i fainted, well atleast i think i did i came to on the ground i dont know how long i was there but after i got up i turned on the t.v. and sat there not paying attention to what was on the tube i was i just couldnt take my eyes off of the clouds, thats all i remember of the trip for the rest of that day though when i would stand up i would get realy light headed, it was definatly worth it and if you havent tryed it i would suggest on giving it a go

 

I tripped on benadryl a few times. The highest amount I did was 775mg, or 31 benadryl pills. I ate 31 of them 4-5 times. One time I saw dead people crawling out of a pile of clothes on my floor. I put my tv remote in the dish washer because it quit working and I thought the dish washer would help. I put a cd in the vcr thinking it would play. I kept trying to prop my feet on a table that wasn't even there. I watched a blank tv screen for about 3 hours. I saw a tree growing down out of the cieling and the roots were engulfing the whole room. I kept hearing people call my name and I was talking to people that weren't there. My heart would beat at about 150bpm at one point and then drop to about 50bpm at another point. My heart was so confused that I started to get a red patch over my heart on my chest area and the patch stretched its way up my neck and around to the back of my head. I almost died. My mom wanted to take me to the hospital but I wouldn't let her bacause I didn't give a fuck at that time.

Be careful if you do this shit at a higher dosage. It's VERY dangerous.. I swear I shoulda died one of those times. Thankfull, I didn't. Also, if you do it again, make sure to keep drinking water, but not too much. YOu want to stay hydrated but not over-hydrated. Dehydration is the most dangerous thing associated with benadryl tripping.

If you think 275mg was weird, you should try 775mg. Nah, you shouldn't really try it, because it's not worth it. It is very interesting though. I heard somewhere that diphenhydramine, the chemical in benadryl, was derived from atropine alkaloids; like the shit in datura and belladonna and shit. I don't know if it's true though. But the trips are similar.

 

for some reason i could only have one or two benadryls and i would trip on the...it seems to be with any allergy medicine...mayb e it's an allergy to something in them.

Would 150mg. do anything or should it be a higher dose?

 

It would make you a little groggy, but that's about it. ​

Definitely do the research. It's actually pretty dangerous, even if you do the research. When you do it, make sure to stay properly hydrated, because it dehydrates the hell out of you.

Not really "stoned" in the sense that you feel like you smoked a blunt or anything, but they do have a stoning effect that is unique to diphenhydramine. You feel spacey and kinda out of it, if that's what you're asking. Your mind will, quite literally, feel like it has been flipped upside-down. You will be talking out of your ass and saying random shit that doesn't make sense to anyone, not even yourself. It will feel like you are having a conversation with someone, but nobody will be saying anything and, all of a sudden, you will just blurt something out in response to a fucked up thought you just had, and it has nothing to do with anything. You will ask yourself "where did that come from?" I remember one time I was sitting next to my mom after I had taken 31 benadryls and, out of the blue, I told my mom "we need to clean that jello up before it stains the floor." There was no jello, anywhere. I picked up a clock and was looking at it intensly. My mom asked me what I was doing with the clock and I told her "I'm looking for my shoes", as if my shoes were inside the clock. I remember asking my stepdad "where did you get that bag of penises". I kept saying random shit like that the whole time. See, just random shit. If you are thinking about taking some benadryl and being fucked up around family members without them knowing you're fucked up, don't. They will definitely know.

You either went to sleep too early and didn't stay awake to notice the effects or you just weren't around other people to let you know you were fucked up. Most of the time you're very fucked up, but you're also delerious and delusional, which means you don't know you're fucked up. You think the hallucinations are real and you think your thoughts are normal. Most of the ''fun'' with benadryl tripping comes from saying random shit and seeing shit that's not there, and then having someone tell you that you're just fucked up and not making sense and talking to people who aren't there, because otherwise you won't realize it. Like I said, it's not really all that much fun and you feel like shit, it's just interesting knowing that your mind can be that fucked up. It's like voluntary schizophrenia.

 

Ive never taken that much BUt doesnt Nytol contain 50mg of diphenhydramine hydrochloride which i think is benedryl isnt it? I have taken at the most 200mg, NEVER hallucinated in my life but after reading this site i am totally fascinated now and wanting to!!!!!! However not on this drug. Its ok but it does make you feel just weird and not that nice. I took it to get to sleep and it STILL didnt knock me out!! ARGHGHHH

 

I took 12 benadryl once and all that happened was I got REALLY fucking itchy and had trouble breathing, and as tired as it made me, I could not sleep at all. I like to take around 100-150mg with some weed before bedtime. Now that's a relaxing feeling.

 

i absolutely hate the drug
ive done dramamine, which is dimenyhydrinate, almost the exact same drug with the exact same effects, and i hate it
its so out of your mind, and not euphoric at all like shrooms or L or anything
at 900 mg, i went and knocked on my friends grandmas door at 3 in the morning and started crawling in circles around her, and i had no idea i was doing it, but she thought i was sleepwalking so it was all fine afterwards,
but i hate the drug, try dxm or something, its honestly an awesome experience, so much better than any other over-the-counter drug out there

 

Yeah it's almost the same thing. The only difference is that 25mg of diphenhydramine is equal to 50mg of dimenhydrinate. I ate 775mg of diphenhydramine, which is equal to 1550mg of dimenhydrinate. It's fucked up. I wouldn't really recommend it.
