It's still nice to see it. At least they're getting the news out there. I showed this to my mom and she was speechless. I told her before that THC actually helps to kill cancer cells, basically counteracting all of the carcinogens in weed smoke, and she didn't believe me. It makes me smile.

They say in the article that there are, in fact, lots of carcinogens in weed smoke, but the THC has properties that cancel out those harmful chemicals and can even destroy cancer cells.

OMG thank you so much for posting this. ive been trying to convince my neighbor to smoke with me but both his parents are doctors and he likes to stay "healthy." of course we often times smoke cigars so i cant figure out why he wont smoke with me. i really hope this article opens his eyes and he'll finally come smoke with me.
Man, sometime between now and the next 10 years I bet weed will be legal...But damn, it be so strange when weed gets legal... But still, one more point for us and one less for them, hehe.
lol, theyll all realise soon enough, itd be weird, very cool, but weird if ganj was legalised.. i reckon the world would be a nicer place ^^ We'll see.
When weed is legalized we will see who the real stoners are, because I gaurantee millions of people will stop smoking. They will not like it as much because, with it being legal, the novelty will be gone. Better believe I'm gonna be blowin smoke like a fuckin chimney.
Does this mean that a marijuana smoker has the same cancer risk of a non smoker or that he has no greater cancer risk then a cigarette smoker?
I think that smokers will increase when marijuana will be legally sold in stores. more ppl will want to try it and more ppl will get hooked. maybe.
A lot of people will probably quit smoking and a lot of people will start smoking. I think a lot of people who get high only get high because, according to the law, they're not supposed to. They like being rebels and shit. They think it makes them "cool".
yeah those kinda people will just become speed freaks and the such i reckon, but more will start smoking as its legal so easy to get, and 'safer' etc. so the numbers will pretty much even out, i think lol
