Hi I started my dreads with the dreadlock kit thing from DreadHeadHQ and i have had them for about 6 months. The dreads are good but there is alot of loose hair around them. If i just use dreadlock friendly shampoo and let my dreads do their thing will the loose hairs just knot in? Thanks
they should eventually. I'd say roll the hairs with the dreads or bead them onto them, to encourage it more, but i dont know for sure or you can use a latch hook and thread the hairs through the already formed dreads. i did that a few times. then bind the dread with a hair wrap or peyote stitch. leave that in for like.. at least a few weeks.
