yeah i do. been thinking a lot lately.. and wow have i been negetive. i think maybe i am depressed, even though i was denying it, cus i assumed depressed people laid in bed all day crying :&

i always felt good after yoga class.. even if i was having a shitty day.. so there has got to be something to it.

i think i'm gonna start with (forgeting what i've learned already) that one session of poses.. standing then to plank.. then downward facing dog then chatarunga? and so on..

I have a few books on "yoga workout" and "Yoga & Meditation"
Usually an earlier time is better for me....just wish I could keep
at it every morning....but good luck

thanks. i should probably look for a class or some friends to do yoga with daily when i get back to cali.

should be interesting with my little one running about today when i try to do yoga.. she always likes when i do downward facing dog.. she wants me to hold that poses longer than i can.. so she can sit under the "bridge"

I already did my yoga for the day.... In the morning before I work, I do 30 minutes of either yoga or pilates...

Sun salutation is a good way to start. Good instructions here: http://www.yogasite.com/sunsalute.htm

And yes, I know what you mean about feeling good after yoga. It's the one thing that helps me stay sane!

    it's that too

but it's sorta hard for me to get into the spiritual side of yoga when i have an almost 4 year old falling into me, bouncing a ball, jumping up and down, going inside and back out again, "mommy look at me! look! look! look! i can do that too", and climbing on me.

so i just stretch for now and try to breath the right way..
