today i went to play some soccernext to my house when i noticed some mushrooms on the ground, i would post some pics but my digital camera sucks... there WHITE and after i pick them they become greyish brown and there kind of sticky.. umm idk is there a chance they might be edible trippy mush?! or b/c there white when on the ground there deadly? help
and im aware that takin an experianced shroomer w/me is the best to identify but i dont know anyone, and im not dumb i wont eat anything that im not 10000 percent sure is fine to ingest. btw how do people dry there shrooms besides the dehydrator thing?
if they're white don't eat them. i'm not an expert but i know that much. to dry your shrooms, place them on cardboard or fly screen and keep a fan blowing on them for a few days, or place them on cardboard and put another layer of cardboard on top and it will draw out the moisture over a few days
Those soccer field mushrooms are not good Check erowid.com in your area, and then look up the pictures or shroomery.org is full of shroom stuff
Most probably not p. mushrooms. Did you take a spore print? What was the terrain like where they were seen? Was there any dropped spore remains on the stems? But if the stems bruised brown and not blue I can almost definately say they're not actives and definately SHOULDN'T be eaten.
Don't eat any mushrooms you find unless you *yourself* know 100% sure what it is. Lots of poisonous mushrooms are white including the Death Cap.
WOW!! i just saw 2 humungous mushrooms next to my house there huggge there like 4-5inches each, there white with brown spots on the top... i didnt even bother pickin em...
ok what you gave us 1.Color : white 2.Bruises greyish brown 3. Habitat : a field this could be hundreds of mushrooms...and the brown brusing gives it thats there are not psilocybes, at like 99% sure I found this plant it was green..was it marijuana?
