Yes! Bob has a new album coming out at the end of August. I think the release date is the 28th. It's called "Modern Times". I'm so excited I could shit myself. Hopefully this won't be a Dylan stinkeroo. If they're anything like the last two, that won't happen.
Hmmm...I don't know. I didn't even think about that. bobdylan.com didn't have anything on that. Love and Theft was released on 9/11. That album never had a chance. Not that Bob is worried about it.
I read some shit about this album and it seems like its gonna kick ass. I never would of that that we would b lucky enough to see Dylan put out three classic albums in a row at the age of 65.
Modern Times is a greaaat album. But it's sort of a far cry from folk lol. It's more bluesy-cowboy... ahha one of the songs on it even says "I'm in a cowboy band." He's kinda turned around a bit with his music, but it's still completely amazing. I mean I've never heard anything like it. I think this stuff is better than Love and Theft and Time Out of Mind, personally. Every song on the album is great. Oh, and the song you might have heard on the Ipod commercials... "Someday Baby" I love it.
