I searched the forums and am shocked that no one has mentioned The Kottonmouth Kings. For those who havent heard of them basically they are a band that raps (They have some rock songs too) about marijuana. They might come across as just a gimmick, but they have some really cool lyrics and songs. Granted some songs are totally horrible, but a lot of their older stuff is good. Most of their songs have awesome beats & rythms and are well suited to hit the pipe to. Even if you don't have a thing for rap, you can probably find a few songs you like. Yeah man, thats what I listen to when I toke. Well, sometimes. Great band though. My favorite is "The Lottery".
KMK's new music doesn't "suck". It's just not what people have come to expect from them. They could easily put out new versions of old garbage and continue milking stoners for their money. Instead they choose to go different routes, and make unique music.
