another question on medication and x

if i take my concerta medicine for ADD in the morning of the day im going to roll will this weaken my experience or not effect it. Or should i just skip my the concerta on that day and then feel un-motivated and tired all day till i roll that night

 

i have heard of X pills that contain similar medication like adderall and ritalin. i am no X-pert but you would prob be fine if concerta is about the same as adderall.
