    watch tv, drink (when I could), or call a long winded self-abssorbed friend (although that's usually me)

    I so know the feeling..

    I try to do yoga, or some very physical excercises.. that helps but not always.

    Watching a movie REALLY helps turn off my head. In fact, I'm about to do that any minute now.

    yuck. i hate those shows. i hate watching people be fucking stupid. then i'd be stressed over the state of humanity, too. hmmm...i think alcoholism is an option.

    I have a lot of times like this, I normally have some scotch and my pipe and try to relax. With all the crooked stuff that is going on in this world it's no wonder people are stressed out like they are. Somedays I feel like my head is going to explode, not a pretty picture.
