last tuesday, i went 24 hours without eating food, and ever since then. i havent eatin much at all each day. usually just one meal, and im good. but it just doesnt feel right...i guess i feel healthy, its just odd that im eating very little everyday now i think my stomach is shrinking into nothingness =/
you only get really hungry because you eat at regular times, you're body gets used to it and starts releasing insulin to counter the sugar before you even eat. But eat more, then you won't be so skinny. I've been eating almost 4000 calories a day.
i remember reading bout that before, i suppose thats whats happening to me. the thing is, is that im not hungry at all right now, buti havent eatin anything since lunch yesterday...but i guess maybe my mind is telling me im not hungry, but my stomach really does need food. i'll try to eat something small like an apple for now
pauly, have you been going through stress? i used to not get hungry at all if i was stressed out. its how my body dealt with it. I had to learn to force feed myself. though i guess that was a good reaction to have since the stress was from not having money.. it saved me a little on groceries
if you start exercising regularly, you'll get hungry. if youre not really doing anything then your body doesnt need more energy than what it's already getting.
ahaha, same here. paul dont worry about it. you have been really stressed out lately but soon things will be better for ya, and then im sure your eating habits will go back to normal. and if not, when i come visit, i will force-feed you mashed potatoes for like... 7 hours straight..
hey, yeah,I've been like that too. Its just cuz its summer -I'm always out with friends, doing shit, so I just never eat. I usually have 2 meals a day instead of three. And sometimes its one, with snacks, or 2 with snacks. Whatever. I'm sure I'll get back into an eating-too-much phase, its all good. Love, Dylan
