Great photos !! You're awesome dude, Wow. Do you have any pics of locals who also are hardcore barefooters like you? I've seen a few dudes in the carribean that stroll across everything without any notice of the terain. This summer I've been lucky and have only had to put on flips for maybe an hour per week. I'm also looking forward to doing more snowfooting this winter. Have you had much winter weather to deal with?
Hi Folks, Most of my traveling has been north america and the caribbean. Someday I'd like to visit austraila, new zealand and nepal. All seem to be very BF friendly. I love to hike barefoot on woodland trails and explore urban areas. On the trails you're so quiet you can see all kinds of animals... it's almost like sneaking up on them. a few times I've come across snakes lying in the sun and I'm more startled than they are. As for urban areas it's ok but not as "naturaly" exciting. rarely do I get comments and when I do I'll just let them pass or explain how comfortable I am. Some folks are amazed and people who know me will ocasionaly ask if the terain ever bothers me at all. I tell them if I wasn't comfortable I wouldn't enjoy it so much. It's great to read of other people experiences and I will share more in the future
