    apparently the guy who plays Red, kurtwood smith i think, was also a hippy with Ken Kesey (though he wasnt a merry prankster) and Chet Helms in the San Francisco scene

    red is my favorite character.....everyone else seems to like hyde, but he's pretty much the exact same as every one of my friends, so nothing to me, but....Red is hilarious....i like his sense of humor...

    That 70s Show went downhill the past few seasons. Ever since Donna dyed her hair blonde and they had Lindsay Lohan as a guest star. Still great shit though. Good day. I say Good Day.

    Oh fuck. I was reading on IMDB to see if they mentioned Kurtwood Smith in the 60s, and it says the original choice for Red Forman was Chuck Norris. Now don't start with the stupid Chuck Norris jokes, those are old. But man.....it just wouldn't be the same.
