Seeing how the only thing I can afford right now other than rent (which thankfully includes internet ) are very basic bulk foods. I ran out of Soymilk yesterday, so I decided to try making rice milk. It turned out fairly tasty. However I don't own a cheesecloth so I never strained the "milk" so, its a little chunky. Next time I'm definately making the trip to the store to buy some almonds or cashews for protein. I followed this recipe. I didn't have any vanilla so I left it out.
Thanks for that badwolf, soya & rice milk are so expensive to buy when you're on a tight budget & alot of vegan recipes call for them. This is great, thanks again
nice, simple recipie, good find! to strain, use a knee high stocking! (unused preferbly or VERY well washed and not the foot area)
Thanks, I appricate the rice milk recipe. I'll use the recipe. I give my vegan love, I give my peace, I give much of my love.
