My name's Stephen, sila is a Buddhist term that I adopted as my name for these new forums.

Why did you pick Sila in particular?

 

As I was trying to rid myself of negative actions and to engage in a more positive way of living I thought it was most appropriate as it refers to the 'right action' part of the Buddhist path.
