Skye has been standing up with out holding on to things all day. He does it for minute or two intervals at a time, and he took a step earlier!

It took my son exactly two weeks from the time he took his first steps to walking fast!! He was only 9 months old at the time! Savor the last little bit of crawling handsteps, I missed that sound so much when he started walking.

YEAH for Skye!!!!!!!! Things will be getting so much more fun for him and soon he will be running. As soon as aiden took his first steps he started walking a couple days later and about amonth after he was running.

He stood up for a while today, playing his drum. It's almost like if he is distracted, he forgets he's standing, but as soon as he thinks about it he falls over. I will post more pictures soon. It is so cute watching him. My son is the greatest! We have so much fun (and he loves having his picture taken).

My grandfather had a brain tumor that affected his balance and coordination, and his neurologist told him to bounce a ball while walking or at least hold a ball, I think because it DOES distract your brain from focusing on walking - instead you're focusing on the ball, and then Ta-da!!
