Yes i have ... they move above ground under their own power.. from point A to point B... If thats not flying then i never saw them flying.. Maybe they 'hovered' ?? but i think you can't move if you hover ?.. mmm Hovercrafts Hover ?? so maybe i am wrong ?. I dunno Duskbreeze.. this one has me stumped.
Well, I thought that when something hovered above the ground and moved about very slowly, that was still hovering. I thought flying was a bit faster. Maybe I should look into a little more deeply and find out. But then maybe I should just go and watch Casualty seeing as I made a big deal out of it earlier.

I think they scrapped the idea back then, because they were worried about people looking underneath the Dalek's skirt. I remember in the film the Daleks also used smokeinstead of fancy lasers beams. I think that a Dalek would be perfect as a fridge BTW.
I Think the New Series is Absolutely Fantastic... David Tennent makes a Great Doctor...And is so Dynamic and Eccentric Enough... Billie Piper Has made Rose an Interesting...Strong Female Lead... The Story Lines are Imaginative and Creative... Very Entertaining Stuff...

I'm such an old fart. As far as I'm concerned, Tom Baker is the only Doctor. There have never been any other Doctors since, only cheap Doctor knockoffs. As soon as Peter Davison showed up playing the Doctor as a wimpy invalid, it was all over.
