    The Monkees' album Pisces, Aquarius, Capricorn & Jones was a big influence on the Beatles.

    It is the first album to use a Moog synth on a rock/pop album.

    Not that they came up w/ the idea for it, right?

    I love the Monkees... Nesmith is too cool.

    Well, maybe a very small influence since the Beatles had already released 17 of their 21 albums before the Monkees released Pisces, Aquarius, Capricorn & Jones.

    Yeah... and the bloody Monkees were over-shadowed by that, too.
