I think I shall go to the river maybe, could take the roomy, get free beer from the guys checking her out wanting to sit and stare. Hmm the bad part is I dont drink, well must find a plus side to this somehow.
I've got a river running through my backyard. last rainy season I had it running through the basment. I'm in the process of trying to build a little pier fer toe-dippin'.
You live on the river? I would so love to live on the water, lake or what ever. I used to live on the Puget Sound, just a little grass and sand between me and the water, now I live like 8 miles from the river, bummer.
It's a mixed bag. It's pretty and all, but they've done so much building so fast upstream, and they were so careless about the septic that you're kind of taking your chances swimming in the river now. They used to post the daily fecal count in the local papers so you could tell when it was reasonably safe, but they stopped doing that. Don't know what that means but I doubt it's a good sign.
