takes two to tango. have your humans spayed or neutered.
telling people to stop ain't gonna make it happen, whether sugar coated or with fire and brimstone, but one of several things WILL happen.

i think the surest and best approach would be something in water, air or food, that would lower all human firtility accross the board without bias of any kind.

that doesn't mean stirilization, just a majorly signifigant lowering of the probability of conception. it wouldn't even have to lower lebido if it were sufficiently effective.

famine and disease are nature's usual ways of controlling population excess in other species, especialy carniverous and omniverous ones. well all species actualy. just that preditors are completely dependent on an availability of prey, however romantic it might be to immagine the reverse.

we might end up, a large percentage of human population, starving. well there are a lot of ways the ineveitable population implosion could come about, the least unpleasant being attrition do to REALLY MAJORLY LOWERD BIRTH RATES.

but expecting the other person or the other gender or the other anything to fix everything, no that's not how anything works, not well, not so as you'd want to live with.

(my example? well i'm 58 and as far as i know i haven't caused any children to be born. there's only one chance that i know of where i could have and not heard about it, someone i was intimate with and then went away for years so thats the only one i don't for sure know about, other then that i know that no one i had sex with got pregnant within even a year of my having done so, and my number of bed partners over my lifetime has been relatively small, less then five total).

Heres The Kicker --- I Am 26, A Single Mother Of A Two Year Old Son, Orion. I Stand Behind What I Say - I Realized, Accounted For Bringing A Life Into This World - My Problem Is And Remains To Be - The Mass That Brings Children To A Reality Out Of Mistake, Selfishness And "opps It Just Happened!" If You Don't Have Means To Feed Yourself - Consider Then Not To Bring A Child Into The World To Starve. This Does Not Apply To Those Who Choose To Raise Souls With A Understanding That A Person Passes Through You And Does Not Come From You - It Seems Contradictory Perhaps. But, I Know The Reality Of A World With Those Unwanteds And Misunderstoods - I Live It Everday In The Creatures I'm Amongst.

ahhhhhh. thank you for the clearification.

if i were an unborn embrio i would certainly rather be aborted then grow up as one of those unwanted and unprepaired fors.

my awairness could ALWAYS wait for another body to be born into. possibly with any luck, on some other less crowded world, as some other sentient life form. one indigenous to that planet.

the real problem becomes: society needs people to have sex to lower its ambient aggressiveness of those already living, at the same time, the very web of life itself needs for a far less excessive number of humans to be born at all.

agian the only real solution that stands a snowflakes chance of working, that i can see, is to put something in the air, food or water, that lowers ALL human fertility without bias or exception, accross the board.

either we do that, or something equivelant, or sooner or later nature WILL impose its own solution to the problem we are creating for it and ourselves by overbreeding.

nature's usual solution to population imballances in an ecosystem are starvation and disease.
