has anyone heard of a bud named after jack herer and if you have please tell me its good shit, thanks a ton
Yes there is a strain called Jack Herer. It's been around for at least 8 years and I believe was developed by Mr. Herer himself. In case anyone is unfamiliar with Mr. Herer, he is VERY pro-pot and wrote The Emperor Wears No Clothes, which explains why marijuana was illegalized in the 30's (racism) and why it remains illegal today (economics mainly). It's extremely potent and a favorite of med-mj users. I tried growing some in '00 but I had a bad batch of seeds and the plants never formed buds. This year, for the first time since then, I have a few growing outside. I've heard they're "touchy" and require lots of TLC. I'm looking forward to harvest. I've only smoked the "real deal" Jack Herer once or twice, back in '98. Economicly, it's also very expensive, fetching a high price.
i had it and i paid 125 dollars for a quarter, so yes it's pricey. but that quarter lasted me about two weeks of daily smoking... like ranger said, the bud was so potent and covered in trichinomes they made me drool. it's a very cerebral high, so i'm assuimg it's mostly sativa, but i don't know for sure.
Herer is fuckin awesome nice krystals red and white hairs good almost sweet flavor and the buzz is amazing!
ok just smoked some i must say it is by far the best bud ive smoked this month, it had bright red hairs on the outside but when you broke the nug the hairs inside faded to a purplish red color, smooth smoke, potent high and very long lasting
