Hey, if you ever need any help with the English classes, that's my major. I'm gonna be a senior this year so I've had quiet a few classes under my belt. ;)

Just let me know - I am sure it will be easy.

    SWEET,
    with anybody you know?

    ~
i'm a bad student too, when it comes to staying ontop of things (like studying!), but when that happens (almost literally, well, yeah, always) i just pull an all nighter before the testday, and usually get a pretty good grade,,
in college, i hope you're like mine, the professors usually put up great study notes on the computer or, if not, break it down in the classes,,
take good notes, n just study before those tests (iff you dont stay ontop of it like me, and probably, ihmurrah dont =P),
aint nothing but tests and the occasional essay man

at least my last 4 semesters,

yeah yeah yeah~~~ the dangest truth* tests n stuff you can get through easy with just a night's worth of studying , regardless your laziness everyday before the test, but research papers,,, burbot's right*** start em and do em at a good pace~~ otherwise~~~~~ ooooolord, you're gunna lose your hair by sophmore year (i'm talkin cuz i'm thinnin out right now =P)

and yeah, first semester, you basically always take those classes you gotta take to get those required classes done with,, but never hesitate to sign up for classes that are even soo far removed from your degree path,, if you fancy a class, take it*
even if you wanna take up the art major degree path =P if that's whatcha wanna do =P

hah, i got into a math class
    switched freshman seminar for precalculus
precal because i don't want to take just algebra
and i would die in calculus
and i figure taking precal (again, sort of) would refresh me

i used to lovvee calculus,, it all made so much sense,, as long as you are showin up to your classes, and are there for each lecture (step),, calculus itself is just like climbing a great pyramid throughout the year, step by step,, everything links into every next lesson so subtley, and you just climb right up gettin calculus easily,, at least i though it was easy,

i think freshman seminar wouldda been a bore and just easy easy nonsense stuff that you wouldda been like 'damnn, this shit is a waste', i remember they had freshman seminar at FAU,, basically tellin kids about what they should know college is about -- get your degree, picking those classes, studying for tests, and stuff like that,, saved yourself one borringg class man =P

    good luck man!

I bet that English class is really going to suck. As in neverending homework suckiness.

    Congrats, though. :)

yeah, i took AP calc AB, it really wasn't that bad, but at the beginning of my senior year iwas like "ugh, math" so yeah.
i could take calculus, i just feel it'd be a lot better (and smarter) to take precal again (just at the college level)
and yeah, my cousin told me that freshman uni was a waste, so i changed it, and lucky me, precal was open (one seat too)
    :H
