k, just to put an image in your mind, this soundtrack i'm creating is for my trip up to my buddies cabin, which is on the Coast of BC on a big Island, every day in the summer it's like 30 deg + sunny as fuck and blue water like u were in hawaii, so that = beach chilling and a shit load blazing and drinking, here goes [i know alot of u are into stuff like "phish" etc, my chilling music is classic rock, and eventually this sound track will be 50/50 Hip hop/classic rock, this is the chillin side first]
pretty nice line up. i like that you snuck in a Heart song. ya also got Rush and steve miller band....nice but it mistakenly says that the song "stuck in the middle with you" is byBob Dylan.... its NOT, its by Joe Egan.
One suggestion, if you're playing any Doors at all, you must include Roadhouse Blues...I know it's an overplayed song, but it's so fucking classic...considered the best "bar" song of all time, because Jim Morrison used to love singing the blues when he was wasted.
ya we can kinda see your name there.... and its "mary janes last dance" not last dance with mary jane. I guess it doesnt really matter. the rolling stones did house of the rising sun? no waaaay. looks good though. id chill to that anyday
Listen to the albums A Saucerful Of Secrets and Wish You Were Here, both by Pink Floyd. They are the most chill albums I have ever listened too and a must when you are layin in bed at night and you are still fuckin blazed.
Dub Side Of The Moon.. one of the most chill albums you'll hear... also any acoustic Garcia albums are chill too... sittin back listenin to Lonesome Prison Blues right now..
Foot Stompin' Music by Grand Funk Railroad.. these guys are from flint, michigan! that's where my dad grew up, he saw them play as terry knight and the pack before they were way big. we live just a few miles away from flint now, and grand funk still fuckin' rocks.
Saucerful is excellent but as far as chilling you can't get much better than DSotM. Though Piper at the Gates of Dawn is a crazy album for when you're really blazed
Off topic but i thought Stuck in the Middle with you was by Stealer's Wheel, maybe a remake? I used to be all into classic rock and I still am but I must admit that I have been opened up to a lot of pretty good rap and r&b but still mostly classic rock good line up btw.
