When I was younger I used to have lots of vivid dreams, as I got older these have decreased substantially, well they may have not decreased but I for sure don't remember hardly any on waking anymore.

My question is there a technique for remembering your dreams on waking etc.
For me dreaming is very interesting and I like to see if there is any meaning to them, and because dreams are entertaining, especially the mad creative ones.

Thanks in advance for any answers

You certainly aren't not dreaming, you are correct when you say that you're just failing to remember your dreams.

I've been having a similar problem lately but was forced a year ago to keep a journal of my dreaming activity for a class and I actually found no problem recalling my dreams when I awoke and immediately wrote them down. It's a very difficult habit to get into, but you'll be happy once you've trained yourself to remember because dreams are intriguing. Like another world.

    I need to re-train myself :).
